By accessing or using the website at concretewoonsocket.com or by engaging Advanced Woonsocket Concrete for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or engage our services.
Advanced Woonsocket Concrete is a concrete contractor based in Woonsocket, RI. We provide residential and commercial concrete services including, but not limited to, driveway installation, patio construction, stamped concrete, sidewalks, foundations, retaining walls, and related flatwork and structural concrete services.
All services are subject to a written estimate and signed agreement before work begins. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
Estimates provided by Advanced Woonsocket Concrete are based on information available at the time of the site visit and are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Prices are subject to change after that period or if site conditions, project scope, or material costs change.
An estimate is not a final contract. Work will not begin until both parties have signed a written agreement that specifies the scope, price, timeline, and payment terms. Any changes to the agreed scope of work after signing must be documented in writing as a change order and may affect the total price and timeline.
We do not provide binding estimates over the phone or by email without an in-person site visit.
Scheduled start dates are subject to weather conditions, permit approval, and material availability. We will notify you of any delays as soon as reasonably possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee equal to direct costs already incurred (such as permit fees, materials ordered, or crew scheduling costs).
Advanced Woonsocket Concrete reserves the right to reschedule work due to unsafe weather conditions, including temperatures below freezing, heavy rain, or other conditions that would compromise the quality or safety of the work. No cancellation fee applies when Advanced Woonsocket Concrete initiates a reschedule.
Payment terms are set forth in the signed project agreement. In general, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods will be specified in your project agreement. Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may accrue late fees as specified in the agreement, and Advanced Woonsocket Concrete reserves the right to suspend or withhold services for unpaid balances.
All prices are in US dollars. Advanced Woonsocket Concrete may file a mechanics lien on your property in accordance with Rhode Island law for unpaid work performed.
You are responsible for providing Advanced Woonsocket Concrete with accurate information about your property, including the location of underground utilities, irrigation lines, buried cables, and any other subsurface features. We recommend calling 811 (Dig Safe) before any project that involves excavation.
You are responsible for clearing the work area of vehicles, furniture, and obstructions before the scheduled start date, unless otherwise agreed. Failure to prepare the site may result in delays and additional costs.
Advanced Woonsocket Concrete will obtain required permits for work as specified in the project agreement. Permit fees are typically passed through to the customer at cost. Work will not begin until all required permits are obtained. You are responsible for ensuring that the project complies with any homeowners association rules, deed restrictions, or other private covenants that may apply to your property.
Advanced Woonsocket Concrete warrants that all work will be performed in a workmanlike manner using materials suitable for the intended application. Specific warranty terms will be stated in your project agreement.
Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period. The warranty does not cover damage caused by customer misuse, improper maintenance, acts of nature, ground movement or settling unrelated to our work, or the application of road salts or chemical deicers beyond normal roadway runoff.
Concrete is a natural material that may develop hairline cracks over time due to normal shrinkage, temperature changes, and settling. Hairline cracks that do not affect structural integrity or drainage are not covered by warranty unless otherwise specified.
To the maximum extent permitted by Rhode Island law, Advanced Woonsocket Concretewill not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of our website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from services provided will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to first attempt mediation before pursuing litigation. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Rhode Island, and both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
